Mornflake has launched the Great British Porridge Challenge (Click here for more details) and in conjunction with this exciting event, I am GIVING AWAY a huge hamper of Mornflake goodies to one lucky person!

All you have to do is to find one or more recipes you like on my blog and comment on why you like it – it’s as easy as that! The winner of this huge Hamper will be announced on Friday 7th March.  Mornflake have said that unfortunately they are only able to send this Hamper to people living in the U.K. this time.

    Coconut macaroons- I’m also not usually a fan of coconut things but have a bag of dessicated coconut that needs using up and the fact they’re so quick to cooks is a bonus! I’m definitely trying them out

    Thank you for an alcohol-free risotto recipe. I don’t like the taste of alcohol (and that includes when the recipe claims that the alcohol is ‘boiled out’) and so many recipes call for wine

    I’m a vegetarian and will definitely try your Vegetable Tagine – the 1 pot wonder recipe. Love the fact that it’s one pot and using the microwave. Also the ingredients are easy to prepare in advance.
